Doug Plamping has gained a broad range of experience in Canadian local government over a period of 34 years. In addition to being a Chief Administrative Officer for thirteen Counties, Cities, Towns, and Villages, and an Official Administrator for two Alberta municipalities, he has also worked in the functional areas of public works, utilities, planning and development, and facility management, and has a strong technical background in the financial and information services areas.
